We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
